What you like most about your job/position?  I enjoy the hands-on experience of working on the line to figure out how to improve the process.  Along with the management experience of learning new software, understanding the effects of cost analysis, and working with upper management to run more efficiently. 

What advice would you give to current students pursuing a career in Agriculture and Life Sciences? When finding a job, don’t let the fear of doing something new hold you back.  Learn everything you can from it and let that be your base for bigger and better opportunities.  Putting in the extra time will only help you advance in your career.  Don’t forget about making those connections!  They are the key to new opportunities.
